Kawasaki Ninja 250R is limited based on what was built to be. At 249cc, it was not packing a ton of all power. For those seeking mind-boggling speed and acceleration near the top-flight, the Ninja 250R is not your bike (both are the Ninja 500R or 650R, either). For those looking for bikes that can pop wheelies at will, the Ninja 250R is definitely not your bike.
